Trigger is an awesome conference I have been involved in for the past 4 years.
The intimate Trigger Creative Conference takes place every year in Borlenge, Sweden, and is co-located with the Peace & Love music festival over the 27 and 28 June 2013.
Trigger is still a relatively well kept secret, but increasingly draws speakers and delegates from the very top of the global creative and technology industries. This year alone speakers include Ted Cohen, Ralph Simon, Scott Cohen, Richard Gottehrer and Kim De Reuter. The format is keynotes and interactive panels during the day, exclusive mingle events over dinner in the festival VIP area in the evening, and then everyone is free to enjoy the Peace & Love music festival. Companies already signed up include EMI, Getty, X5, Billboard, Roadrunner, 7Digital, The Orchard, Supajam, BMI, NVPR and Menyou.
This years Peace & Love lineup include Depeche Mode, Queens of The Stone Age, Iggy & The Stooges, Gogol Bordello, Paramore, Pet Shop Boys, Melanie, Macklemore and Lewis, Jake Bugg, Shout Out Louds, The Script, along with many Swedish bands like The Hives, Petter & First Aid Kit.
Trigger is a unique networking opportunity, and delegates and speakers alike always come away with useful knowledge and some significant new connections.
The package for Trigger includes VIP wristbands to Peace and Love, and you can book accommodation on-site at the Galaxen hotel, or stay in one of many hotels in nearby Falun.
