TEDx Rapid City 2017 “Empathetic Connection in a Digital Age”
It was an incredible experience to travel to South Dakota in 2017 to join the lineup for TEDx Rapid City “Connected”, thanks to the wonderful TEDx lead organiser Katie Fleming and her colleagues in the advisory board.
This was a new level of public speaking for me, so I dutifully studied the official guide book “TED Talks: The official TED guide to public speaking” by Chris Anderson, and I was very grateful when the Rapid City team allocated the great speaking coach Michael Howard to help me with the preparation.
