I was hugely honoured to co-present South Summit this year, hosting the Health and Wellbeing and Consumer Trends tracks. Due to the pandemic, South Summit was reinvented with a revolutionary TV format that made the content more fluid and created an innovative sphere for great ideas to reach the world.
South Summit is the global Open Innovation platform that connects startups, corporations and investors with a focus on business opportunities.
Spain Startup gathered together a phenomenal lineup of leaders and innovators from the global startup ecosystem for this year’s hybrid event. The speakers included Eric S. Yuan, the founder and CEO of Zoom, NASA astronaut Cady Coleman, Wendy Kopp the CEO of Teach For All, Aubrey De Grey, the CSO at SENS, Marcelo Claure the CEO of Softbank International, Sam Waterston the chair of OCEANA (also Sol Bergstein from Grace and Frankie) and… Antonio Banderas!
